Our event management team will arrange the creation and the development of your meeting, business trip, events, conferences and festivals (exhibition participation, seminars, etc.).

Our high customizable services are based in 3 main phases:


  • Pre-Event phase: the organization before the event is crucial for its success; for that reason we assist our clients with the following pre-events activities: Site Surveying, Budget Drafting, Event Planning, Cash-Flow Management, Supply Chain Identification, Procurement, Technical & Stile Designs, Health & Safety, Information Services (call center, etc.), Promotional Activities (Advertising, Site Design, Brochure & Invites, etc.).

    Event phase: when a detailed organization phase is completed, the event has to be managed in real time; to do that it is important to have a person able to manage every unexpected circumstance in order to assure the event success to the client. For that reason we support customers with Personnel Responsible for the Event Schedule, Staff for Ealth & Safety including crowd management, Logistics, Instrumentation (Sound, Video, Light, etc.).

    Post-Event phase: the last phase, often underestimate, could offer to the clients the added value that he is looking for; for that reason we offer services to assure Magazine Visibility, Client Service, Customer Satisfaction Surveying, etc. In particular we assist clients with the Organization of Annual Events in order to allow them to develop precious and long-terms relations for its business.
